As a business analyst, you help advance Infor’s data management and AI strategy, by translating product vision and customer needs into clear, actionable requirements for the Infor OS technology platform. You will work in a development team, on solutions for data governance, master data management or data migration. These capabilities enable customers to increase data quality, streamline business process using Infor CloudSuites, and unlock innovation through AI, agents and automation. A Typical Day in the Life Includes: - Partner with product managers and other stakeholders to gather, analyze, prioritize and document requirements. - Translate requirements into solution designs, including user interface designs or prototypes, together with key engineers and software architects. - Communicate during development to facilitate alignment between stakeholders and development teams. - Work with quality assurance engineers to ensure that solutions are tested, and conduct acceptance testing to ensure that the specifications have been implemented correctly. - Contribute to draft documentation, release notes and other roll-out materials. Basic Qualifications: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Fluent in English. - Analytical, result-driven and proactive. - Ability to evaluate information from various sources and resolve conflicts. - Ability to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively and make sound decisions under pressure. - Ability to balance detail orientation with pragmatic decision making. - Basic understanding of data management concepts. - Basic understanding of how Artificial Intelligence can create business value when supported by trusted and well-managed data. Preferred Qualifications: - Working knowledge of business analysis methods and techniques, user interface design and mock-up tools such as Figma. - Experience in areas such as business intelligence, databases, data integration, data visualization or data science. - Knowledge of agile development practices. - Experience in working in an international, cross-functional environment. - Familiarity with enterprise software or industry-specific business processes. - Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and services.
