Uploaded content may contain text, document structure, file metadata, and information you intentionally include in PDF, DOCX, or plain text files. You should only upload materials you have the right to use and that you want associated with your account.

If you connect GitHub or another third-party integration, JOBMagical may access the data needed to provide the feature you requested. For GitHub, this can include repository names, repository content, READMEs, documentation, commits, and other materials available through the permissions you grant.

We use connected data to understand your project history, identify relevant evidence, improve job matching, and help generate tailored application materials. You can disconnect integrations when you no longer want JOBMagical to access those sources, subject to any information already processed or stored in your account history.

JOBMagical may store job search preferences, saved searches, matched jobs, application tracker data, and job-related notes so you can manage your pipeline. We may also process job descriptions and related metadata to evaluate match quality between roles and your profile or uploaded evidence.

When you use document generation features, we may create and store generated cover letters, resume bullets, bios, summaries, and related outputs. We may also store exportable versions of these materials in formats such as PDF, DOCX, and plain text when you generate or export them.

We use information to operate the product, authenticate accounts, import and organize source materials, match users to jobs, generate application content, support exports, maintain security, respond to support requests, and improve product reliability and quality.

We may also use information to troubleshoot failures, detect abuse, monitor performance, and understand which features are being used so we can improve the service for job seekers.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers or infrastructure partners that help us host, secure, maintain, or support JOBMagical, but only as needed for those purposes.
