Role: Business Analyst Experience: 3-5 Years Location: Pune(Hybrid role) Role Overview We are looking for a Business Analyst who can bridge business needs with technology solutions by gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. Key Responsibilities - Gather and analyze business requirements to support project and product objectives - Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features - Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow documentation - Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery - Support UAT activities and maintain end-to-end requirement traceability - Drive product-based analysis to identify enhancements and improvement opportunities - Contribute to and uphold organization-wide BA standards, best practices, and governance - Support standardization of documentation, templates, and BA processes across projects Required Skills - 3-5 years of Business Analysis experience. - Strong experience in requirement elicitation and documentation. - Hands-on experience with BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process mapping. - Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. - Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and data flow concepts. - Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart. - Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
