Digitide Solutions Limited is seeking a Credit Processing Analyst to join our team in the CLM Domestic BFSI | Manpower - Back Office department. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in credit processing, with a focus on customer care and relationship building. As a Credit Processing Analyst, you will play a vital role in our company's back-office operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth and efficient credit processing, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service. You will be the bridge between our financial processes and our valued customers, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience. Responsibilities - Process and analyze credit applications, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. - Review and verify customer information, documents, and financial data for accuracy and completeness. - Evaluate creditworthiness and make informed decisions on credit approvals or rejections. - Maintain accurate records and documentation for all credit processing activities. - Communicate with customers regarding their credit applications, providing updates and resolving queries. - Collaborate with the customer care team to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the credit process. - Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with credit processing, implementing necessary controls. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in credit processing and customer care. - Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. - Provide regular reports and insights on credit processing activities to the management team. Qualifications - A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred. - Minimum 2 years of experience in credit processing or a similar role, preferably in the BFSI sector. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach. - Proficiency in using MS Office suite and credit processing software (specific software knowledge is an asset). - Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively. - A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement. - Willingness to stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in credit processing. - A positive and professional attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
