This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the unique requirements of each project and translating them into effective software solutions. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the applications align with organizational goals is a key part of the daily routine, alongside continuous refinement and adaptation of the software to meet evolving demands. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development. - Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and debugging. - Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of software design and development processes. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud. - Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle. - Experience in configuring and customizing cloud-based enterprise applications. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for connecting various business systems. - Good understanding of performance optimization and code quality best practices.
