Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and functionality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5. - Strong knowledge of software design principles and application configuration. - Experience in customizing and integrating enterprise software solutions. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within software applications. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
