Manage medium-scale projects and support in the delivery of programmes or large-scale projects within ports programmes. Responsibilities Core Responsibilities - Manage all the activities across ports medium-scale projects to enable successful delivery. - Handle ports medium-scale project risks, resolve issues with the relevant parties and update mitigation plans to ensure project success. - Responsible to ensure ports project compliance to group governance, external stakeholder, and cluster requirements. - Support in managing the interfaces and dependencies across ports medium-scale project, clusters, and external parties. - Promote HSE culture and activities in the construction activities across ports project. - Prepare reports to the management for all ports project delivery related matters and present performance improvement initiatives based on current activities, data analysis and forecasting study. - Liaise with ports medium-scale project owners and review the assigned specifications, standards, and procedures to meet project requirements and achieve objectives. People Management Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a positive and collaborative culture between project teams, supply chain and other stakeholders for the betterment of the AD Ports group. Strategic Responsibilities - Develop and maintain relationships with other projects, suppliers, consultants, and contractors. - Support the development and continuous improvement of departmental working practices.
