As a SAP ABAP Technical Architect with AI engineering-SM, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering innovative SAP solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will be at the forefront of integrating AI capabilities into SAP systems, enhancing functionality and driving efficiency for our clients. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills to lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a strategic level to drive project success. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment and developing high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams. Responsibilities - Leading the design and implementation of SAP ABAP solutions to support business transformation initiatives - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize SAP NetWeaver and SAP HANA environments - Utilizing SAP Fiori and SAP Analytics Cloud to enhance user experience and data insights - Driving process improvement and automation through advanced business application programming - Providing strategic technology planning and guidance to clients in the finance technology sector - Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to facilitate successful project outcomes - Coaching and mentoring team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation - Validating data integrity and compliance within SAP frameworks - Promoting the adoption of innovative technologies and methodologies across projects - Analyzing complex data sets to identify opportunities for process optimization and service excellence What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 10 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials - Leveraging advanced skills in SAP ABAP for technical architecture - Innovating processes with SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori - Demonstrating strategic technology planning and process optimization - Excelling in business transformation and rapid experimentation - Leading teams through complex SAP NetWeaver and SAP HANA projects - Building relationships and influencing stakeholders in technology consulting Travel Requirements 0% Job Posting End Date
