Join our Evidence Evaluation team to execute end-to-end Systematic Literature Reviews (SLRs) and produce high-quality evidence deliverables including reports, manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and slide decks. Work under Project Leads/Technical SMEs to deliver client-ready outputs and support project management and business development activities. Key Responsibilities 1) Evidence Generation & Deliverables - Deliver/lead SLR steps such as screening, data extraction, protocol design, and quantitative feasibility. - Develop SLR deliverables such as systematic review reports, slide decks, manuscripts, abstracts, and posters. 2) Project Execution & Quality - Work effectively independently and within a team under guidance from Project Leads/Managers. - Prioritize tasks, align with managers, and deliver high-quality, client-ready work. - Seek continuous feedback and improve performance. 3) Consulting & Client Relationship Management - Follow and implement organizational consulting models and methodologies. - Understand scope, objectives, and profitability factors; identify issues and propose solutions. - Interact professionally with all levels within the client organization; support presentations with senior guidance. 4) Project Management Support - Support Project Leads with project management tasks and customize deliverables as required. 5) Business Development - Support the creation of HEOR proposals for Managers/Directors. - Identify potential new business leads and maintain relationships with industry contacts. 6) Organizational Responsibilities - Meet scorecard metrics and complete core responsibilities (timesheets, expenses, CV updates, archiving). - Participate in internal initiatives and mentoring as requested. - Pursue self-development activities to stay current in the industry. Education - Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in a Scientific or Technical discipline. - Preferred: Master’s in Life Sciences/MBBS/BDS/PhD (3 years of experience). - Ideal: Postgraduate degree in COA-related fields (Psychology, Social Science, Anthropology). Experience - Advanced degree holders should have 3 years of relevant experience (HEOR/SLR).
