Ideal Candidate: - Technically proficient engineering professional with the ability to bridge customer mission requirements and engineering execution across complex aerospace and defence programs. - Strong foundation in systems engineering and solution architecture, with the capability to translate operational challenges into scalable, mission-oriented technical solutions. - Experienced in collaborating across Product, Engineering, Capture, and Proposal teams to deliver customer-centric solutions aligned with mission objectives and procurement requirements. - Confident in leading technical engagements, demonstrations, workshops, and solution evaluations with government, defence, and strategic stakeholders. - Analytical and execution-focused, with the ability to balance customer expectations, technical feasibility, and program delivery in dynamic, mission-critical environments. Responsibilities: - Act as the technical subject matter expert (SME) during customer engagements and procurement discussions. - Support solution architecture development aligned with mission objectives and procurement requirements. - Translate customer operational requirements into technical and mission-oriented solutions. - Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer requirements and capability gaps. - Support demonstrations, technical workshops, evaluations, and proof-of-concept activities. - Assist Capture and Proposal teams in developing technically compliant and competitive solutions. - Ensure alignment between customer expectations, product capabilities, and delivery feasibility. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. - 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, solution engineering, mission design, or technical solution development within the aerospace, defence, or high-technology sector. - Strong understanding of systems engineering principles, solution architecture, and mission-oriented solution development. - Demonstrated ability to translate customer operational requirements into technically viable and scalable solutions for complex engineering programs. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, Capture, and Proposal functions to deliver technically compliant solutions. - Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to support technical evaluations, customer engagements, and solution development. Preferred Qualities: - Demonstrated experience in Systems Engineering, Hardware Engineering, or Astrodynamics, with exposure to end-to-end system lifecycle considerations. - Prior involvement in satellite development, payload integration, or space mission execution. - Experience in customer-facing technical roles, particularly within defence or sovereign capability programs.
